Public Complaint No. 068/ADUAN/RW/09/2026: Gen AI Labs and IdeaFest 2026 (English Edition)

Case record: Public Complaint No. 068/ADUAN/RW/09/2026, Gen AI Labs and IdeaFest 2026

This post summarises the public complaint (Aduan Masyarakat) No. 068/ADUAN/RW/09/2026 that I filed with the Jakarta Regional Police (Polda Metro Jaya) on 21 September 2026. It is my own complaint to the police, not a police finding, court filing or judgment. Everything in it is an allegation for investigators to test. I do not assert that any person named here is guilty of any offence, and I have left out my personal identification numbers, home address and other private details.

What the complaint is about

The complaint covers two connected settings: the public Discord community "Gen AI Labs" (14,743 members when I captured it, with its invitation link shared publicly on 8 June 2026), and an event, IdeaFest 2026, held at the Jakarta Convention Center.

  1. Removal from the community. I say a server administrator, Mr. Aidityas Adhakim, knew from me that impulsive posting and "info dumping" can be symptoms of my condition, and that a promotion channel existed for that purpose. I say he still removed me as "disturbing" and "spam", and later blocked my account (Evidence E-3).
  2. A reply pointing to an account about me. On 25 May 2026, answering a post by the account @lucaxyzz that mocked me, he wrote, in my rendering, "Have you checked out his behaviour here, bro?" and tagged the account @KawalRahmatwi, which I describe as carrying defamatory claims about me. The reply had at least 606 views (Evidence E-1). I do not have the contents of that account in my evidence, which I say in the complaint.
  3. A post about my home area. On 12 June 2026 the account @lucaxyzz posted, quoting me, a line that said he knew where I live, with at least 15,000 views. Below it, Mr. Adhakim replied with one word, "Damn" (992 views). The complaint attributes the post to @lucaxyzz, whose real identity I do not know, and treats Mr. Adhakim's reply as a response that investigators should examine (Evidence E-2).
  4. An incident at the event. I say that I bought tickets for IdeaFest 2026 and that an unknown person choked me during the event. The complaint asks the police to identify the person and to examine whether others connected with the event bear any responsibility.

Evidence E-1: X thread of 24 to 25 May 2026 with the reply tagging @KawalRahmatwi

Evidence E-2: X thread of 12 June 2026 and the one-word reply

Evidence E-3: the account profile showing that I had been blocked

Evidence E-4: the Discord invitation showing the size of the community

Harm I described

Psychological pressure and fear after my home area was mentioned publicly, and out-of-pocket costs for tickets. The complaint leaves non-material damages for the investigators and the court to assess.

Legal basis I relied on

I prepared the complaint myself, without a lawyer. It lists, as suspected offences for the police to consider, defamation and slander and minor insult under Arts. 433, 434 and 436 with 441(1) of the Criminal Code (alternatively Art. 27A of the ITE Law); intimidation through an electronic system under Arts. 29 and 45B of the ITE Law; assault under Art. 466; participation under Arts. 20 and 21; fraud under Art. 492; and corporate liability under Arts. 45 to 49. It states that every legal qualification is an allegation for the investigators to decide.

The complaint asks the police to identify the holders of the two X accounts, secure platform data, obtain venue CCTV and attendance data, and protect my home address.

Limits of this record

  • This is my account and my legal reading; no authority has made a finding about any of it.
  • The strongest part of the complaint concerns the address post by @lucaxyzz, whose holder I cannot yet name. The weaker parts are the ones I list as open problems: I have no contents for the @KawalRahmatwi account, Mr. Adhakim's "Damn" is a short reply, the incident at the event has no full video, and the fraud and corporate-liability claims have no documented promise or legal entity behind them.
  • I have not included the event receipts or the screenshot captioned as showing the incident.
  • Mr. Adhakim's role as a Discord administrator is what I was told and have described; I have not proved it.
  • I am not a lawyer, and this post is not legal advice.

Right of reply and correction

Anyone named in this post is invited to respond, correct, or add context. A substantive reply may be published alongside this article, edited only for privacy, safety and relevance. If reliable evidence shows any statement here is wrong, I will correct it and note the change.
