Case Record: Dinda Auchterin Rhapsodya, Former HR Operations Manager at Nomni (Liven)

This post records what I say happened between me and Dinda Auchterin Rhapsodya, who acted for PT Nomnie Technologies Indonesia (Liven) as HR Operations Manager. It is based on my own documents and my own account. It is not a court filing or a finding, nobody has ruled on any of it, and I do not assert that anyone is guilty of an offence. The company itself has its own posts on this site.

The employment

I signed an indefinite-term employment agreement with PT Nomnie Technologies Indonesia on 2 March 2026 as a Senior DevOps Engineer, with a formal start date of 1 April 2026. On 21 April 2026 a termination notice was issued in my name, issued by Dinda for the company. It ended my employment during the probation period, effective 28 April 2026, relieved me of duties from the date of the letter and said no compensation was owed. I dispute the procedure, including the notice period, and I filed the dispute with the Tangerang Regency labour office on 11 May 2026.

The police report

On 3 June 2026 the bipartite meeting about the dispute ended without agreement. The same day Dinda registered a police report, number LP/B/1697/VI/2026/SPKT/POLRES TANGERANG SELATAN/POLDA METRO JAYA, alleging defamation said to have happened on 22 April 2026. I was never told what words or post were meant. I was not sent a legal notice or asked to clarify before the report, and I only learned of it later. The labour mediation was still running when the police began handling the case.

What I say was said on the phone

I told Dinda that I live with bipolar disorder and ADHD, and in a phone call I say Dinda called me "anjing" and "gila" and said that if I was crazy I should be crazy on my own. That is my account of a phone call. I have no recording, so it needs a recording or a witness before it can be treated as established. One screenshot in my files that touches on this shows my own messages, not hers, so I do not rely on it here.

What I do not claim

• I do not claim Dinda wrote the posts the report concerns; I do not know what they are.
• I do not claim the report was knowingly false. I say it came without any notice or particulars, during an active labour dispute, and that I would like the basis to be examined.
• I do not accuse Dinda of any offence beyond what is stated above.
