Case Record: Hendiko S. / Hendro Saryanto and the 14 July Agreement

This post records what I say about a person who appears as "Hendiko S." on a peace agreement and is saved in a phone as "Hendro Saryanto". I do not know which spelling is correct, so I give both. It is based on my own account and documents. It is not a court filing or a finding, and I do not assert that anyone is guilty of an offence.

Who this is

According to my records, the other side in the defamation report made against me was represented at Polsek Cisauk on 14 July 2026 by the law firm Hendarto, Saryanto & Partners (HSP). A person signed the peace agreement as a witness under the name "Hendiko S.", and the contact name "Hendro Saryanto" appears on calls my family received afterwards. I identified that link myself, and I have not verified who held the number or whether the two names are one person.

What I say happened

  1. At the station. I say the agreement was pushed through quickly: the clauses were not read out, I was not allowed to read it carefully, and someone walked around pretending to phone a client to add pressure. That is my account.
  2. Calls to my family. I say that in the following days my mother, who is ill, and my driver received repeated calls and messages from numbers connected to HSP. I never gave those numbers to anyone on the other side. They appeared only in the police administrative file for the clarification, which is why I ask how the other side obtained them. I do not know the answer and I do not claim the firm took them from the file; I say it needs to be explained.
  3. My lawyer. I had given the other side the contact of my own lawyer on 3 June 2026 so that communication would go through them. I say no one contacted my lawyer.

What I asked the authorities to look at

My complaint to the police cyber directorate lists these points among others and cites, as allegations only, Arts. 448 and 443 of the new Criminal Code (compelling someone to act, and disclosing information kept by reason of office), and Art. 1325 of the Civil Code, under which pressure on close family can void an agreement. That is my legal reading. It is for investigators to test. I did not attach the family call records to this post out of respect for my family's privacy.
