Machi Achmad and Rahmat Wibowo on Google Trends and Google Results: What the Data Shows

On Google Trends (Indonesia, web search, 4 July to 1 October 2026), "machi achmad" is above zero on 0 of 90 days and "ruben onsu" is above zero on 89 of 90 days. The three news headlines on the first Google results page for "machi achmad" each name a client or a client category. "rahmat wibowo" is above zero in 10 of 60 months between October 2021 and September 2026. This post lists the figures, the sources and the limits of the data.

All material was captured on 1 October 2026. I have a dispute with Machi Achmad, described under "Disclosure" below. Those accounts are mine and are not findings by any authority. I am not rating anyone's skill, clients or character. He is invited to reply, and I will publish a substantive reply or correct any error.

What was captured

• A Google Trends export for "machi achmad": Indonesia, web search, daily, 4 July to 1 October 2026.
• A Google Trends export for "ruben onsu": the same range and settings.
• A Google Trends export for "rahmat wibowo": Indonesia, web search, monthly, October 2021 to September 2026.
• A Google results page for "machi achmad".
• A CNN Indonesia article dated 23 September 2026 and a Straits Times article.

Google results for "machi achmad"

The results page shows these items, in order:

1. KapanLagi.com, 11 November 2022: "Machi Achmad, Pengacara Langganan Artis yang Selalu ..."
2. Tribunsumsel.com, 24 August 2026: "Sosok Machi Achmad, Pengacara Baru Ruben Onsu untuk ...". The snippet describes him as a criminal-law master's graduate and a regular lawyer of "belasan artis top", practising since 2014.
3. LinkedIn, "AL Machi Ahmad", lawyer at AnB Law Firm, Malang, Jawa Timur, 40+ followers. This may or may not be the same person.
4. Kompas.com, 13 February 2022: "Akui Hadir di Ruang Mediasi Adam Deni dan Jerinx, Machi ...". The snippet says he is no longer counsel in the Adam Deni and Jerinx case.
5. Facebook, "R Machrio Achmad Nurhatta", 4.7K+ followers, "Machi Achmad & Partners Managing Partner, Jun 3, 2019 to present".
6. YouTube, channel Tech Savvy With Rahmat: "Teguran Resmi Kepada R. Machrio Achmad Nurhatta Pemilik Machi Achmad & Partners", 7:05, posted about two months before capture.

Of the three news headlines, KapanLagi names a client category ("Artis"), Tribunsumsel names Ruben Onsu, and Kompas names Adam Deni and Jerinx. This is one results page from one search on one day.

"ruben onsu" also has a smaller rise in early August 2026, peaking at 55 on 4 August. Google Trends reports +70% against the preceding 3 months and +300% against the same period of the previous year for that term.

Two articles fall inside that window:

• 24 August 2026, Tribunsumsel: "Sosok Machi Achmad, Pengacara Baru Ruben Onsu untuk ...", three days after the 21 August value of 100 for "ruben onsu".
• 23 September 2026, CNN Indonesia: a report that a fraud case involving Ruben Onsu has been stopped after the reporting and reported parties agreed to settle through restorative justice. The article text says: "Kuasa hukum Ruben, Machi Achmad, mengatakan pihaknya sudah mendapatkan Surat Perintah Penghentian Penyidikan (SP3) dari Polres Metro Jakarta Selatan".

One more figure from my earlier post: I recorded roughly 146,000 followers for his Instagram account @machi_achmad. I have not re-checked that number.

The Straits Times article says that Rahmat Wibowo posted a 16-page AI-generated report on LinkedIn in April, presenting himself as a potential romantic partner, with a breakdown of his credentials, career milestones and reflections on his mental health struggles. It describes him as a 24-year-old Indonesian entrepreneur. The article does not give Google Trends data, and I have not matched it to any single month.

Limits of the data

1. A value of 0 is not zero searches. Google Trends shows 0 when the volume is too low to chart.
2. Each series is scaled to its own peak (100). Separate exports cannot be compared in height, only in zero versus non-zero.
3. One spelling per name. "machi achmad" was tested. His legal name is R. Machrio Achmad Nurhatta, and other variants were not tested.
4. "rahmat wibowo" is a common name. Other people with that name are in the data, and the author's own searching is not excluded.
5. Different date ranges. Daily values cover 4 July to 1 October 2026 for two terms. Monthly values cover October 2021 to September 2026 for "rahmat wibowo", and September 2026 is a partial month.
6. Small sample of results. One Google results page, one search, one day.

Disclosure

• On 8 September 2026, I filed a complaint (Aduan Masyarakat) with Polda Metro Jaya naming PT CreateIT Solutions Indonesia, its director, an advocate practising as "Machi Achmad", and his firm as reported parties (terlapor). A reported party is not a suspect, and no authority has made a finding. My account is in this post.

Reproduce it

Open Google Trends, set the region to Indonesia and the range to the past 3 months, and compare "machi achmad", "machrio achmad" and "ruben onsu" in one chart. A shared chart scales every term together, which separate exports cannot do. If your results differ from the ones above, tell me and I will publish them with a correction.
