Case Record: Polres Tangerang Selatan and Two Police Reports
This post sets side by side two police reports registered at the South Tangerang Resort Police (Polres Tangerang Selatan) in a dispute between me and a former HR manager of my employer. It is a timeline from my documents, not an accusation against the police. Nobody has made a finding, and I do not allege bribery, a fabricated case or abuse of power.
The two reports

Both are registered under the same resort. The first was handled by Polsek Cisauk under an investigation order of 15 June 2026. I filed the second on the morning I was due to attend Polsek Cisauk.
What I say about the sequence
- The first report was made on the same day that the bipartite meeting about my dismissal ended without agreement, and while labour mediation was continuing.
- I was not given a notice or a chance to clarify before it was registered, and the summonses did not say what content was meant. I describe that in a separate post on Polsek Cisauk.
- The peace agreement I signed on 14 July 2026, as I understand it, dealt with the first report and my LinkedIn profile. It did not mention my own report filed that morning.
- In late July 2026 I asked at the South Jakarta police how my report stood. In my account I was told, indirectly, that the other report "had problems from the start". I have no written confirmation, so I treat that as a rumour of an opinion, not a finding.

- Was the peace agreement meant to cover my own report?
