Rahmat Wibowo vs. Naufaldi Rafif Satriya: A Cease-and-Desist Over Public Mockery and Defamation Allegations
This post describes a formal legal notice (Somasi No. 026/SOMASI/RW/VIII/2026) I sent to Naufaldi Rafif Satriya, who posts on X (Twitter) as @F2aldi, on 29 August 2026. This is a cease-and-desist letter, not a police report or a court filing — no criminal report or civil lawsuit has been filed as of this writing, and none of what follows is a finding of fact or guilt. Naufaldi has not had a chance to respond in this post. Everything below is my account of what I experienced and what I believe the evidence shows, written in the hope of an amicable resolution before any further legal step becomes necessary.

Who this is about
Naufaldi Rafif Satriya posts on X under the handle @F2aldi, with a bio describing him as a Cursor Ambassador and OpenAI Codex Ambassador. According to his public profile, he is also employed by PT Sukanda Djaya. I don't know him personally; this dispute arises entirely from posts and replies he made publicly on X.
The 2023 salary post
According to a screenshot I kept, on 22 October 2023 an account he controlled posted publicly about my salary — roughly Rp27 million per month — with a mocking tone ("I don't get it..."), quoting a post that has since been deleted. That post reportedly received about 13,200 views, 194 likes, 18 reposts, and 29 bookmarks. The next day, according to the same record, he replied with further mocking comments about me and my employer, including remarks like "Hahaha, and the company is prestigious too" and a comment suggesting only certain funded companies could pay that much.
I did not consent to my salary being shared publicly, and I don't believe there was any legitimate public interest in doing so — my read is that it was posted to invite ridicule.
Resurfacing in 2026 alongside an existing harassment campaign
Separately, I've been dealing with an online harassment campaign run by an account called @KawalRahmatwi, which has made allegations against me — including that I engaged in "extortion" through legal notices, doxxing, and filing false police reports — that I dispute and have not been established in any legal proceeding.
According to screenshots I kept, on 14 May 2026 Naufaldi replied to a @KawalRahmatwi thread making those allegations with "Please open DM, I want to share my story. Thanks." Later that month, when another person complained about being "doxxed" by me and said they intended to go to police, I was told Naufaldi replied "hahaha you got hit too" — which I read as publicly affirming and mocking allegations against me that I don't believe have been substantiated.
Why I sent a cease-and-desist rather than a police report
I chose to send Naufaldi a somasi (a formal legal warning letter under Indonesian civil practice) rather than go straight to police or court. Indonesian law generally expects a good-faith opportunity to resolve a dispute before litigation, and I wanted to give him that chance. The somasi cited Article 433 (in conjunction with Article 441) of Indonesia's new Penal Code, which came into force 2 January 2026 and now governs electronic defamation in place of the previously applicable ITE Law provisions, as my primary basis, with Article 434 (libel, requiring proof of falsity) noted only as an alternative for further investigation — not something I'm asserting is established. I also cited Articles 1365, 1366, and 1372 of the Civil Code as a basis for a potential civil claim over reputational and psychological harm, including a bipolar disorder diagnosis I attribute in part to sustained online harassment since 2023.
I want to be clear about the limits of my own analysis: I am not a lawyer, and a somasi is a demand letter, not a legal finding. I noted in the letter itself that the truth of the 2023 salary figure does not, on its own, resolve whether posting it for ridicule was lawful, and I did not claim that the libel provision (Article 434) is satisfied — only that it may warrant investigation if pursued further.
What I asked for
In the letter, sent 29 August 2026 with a response deadline of 1 September 2026 at 17:00 WIB, I asked Naufaldi to:
- Delete the posts and replies described above;
- Issue a public apology via @F2aldi;
- Stop any further posts or statements that could harm my reputation;
- Pay immaterial damages of Rp533,333,334 — an amount I calculated as twice the maximum fine available under the libel provision I cited as an alternative basis.
I copied the letter to Naufaldi personally, to the Cursor Ambassador program (Anysphere, Inc.), and to PT Sukanda Djaya as his employer, given that his public role and audience were part of why the posts had the reach they did.
Where this stands
As of this writing, I have not filed a criminal report or a civil lawsuit against Naufaldi Rafif Satriya. The somasi stated that if the deadline passed without an adequate response, I intended to consider those steps — but stating an intention is not the same as taking the step, and nothing here should be read as confirmation that any further legal action has occurred. If that changes, I intend to write a follow-up post documenting it factually, the same way I have here.
I'm documenting this because it's a direct, factual account of a step I've taken in a dispute I believe is legitimate, and because I think anyone evaluating this situation should have access to what actually happened rather than only the allegations that have circulated about me.
