Legal Notice No. 073/SOMASI/RW/IX/2026: Two Bank Mandiri Employees (English Edition)

This post summarises Somasi No. 073/SOMASI/RW/IX/2026, a formal legal notice I sent on 24 September 2026 to Mr. Raditya Bagoes Prakoso (X account @radittya) and Ms. Zahra Aulia Rahmadianti (Discord display name "Zee"), each in a personal capacity, with a notification to their employer, PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. The letter was issued in Indonesian. It is a legal notice, not a police report, court filing or finding. Neither person has responded here, and I do not assert that either is guilty of any offence.
The limit I stated at the start
The letter says that the evidence against Mr. Prakoso is his own writing on X, while the evidence against Ms. Rahmadianti is limited to reactions and a laughing reply on a Discord forum. I limited what I said about each to the strength of that evidence.
What the letter is about
The background is the same as in my other notices: in September 2023 I was dismissed from a probationary role, it became a wide topic on social media, and accounts repeated narratives that belittled me.
- Mr. Prakoso (@radittya). On 22 October 2023 another account wrote that I had criticised my former employer, made a "fuck AWS" video, insulted its HR staff on LinkedIn, and also asked that HR to restore my reputation because I had been blacklisted. On 23 October 2023 at 21:20, @radittya quoted that post with the single word "Rangkumannya" ("the summary"), which presented it as a trustworthy recap. That post was viewed 1,688 times. The same day he wrote "Bang @pandji buat noice doong", asking a verified account with a large following to make content of the matter, and that account answered that it did not know who I was (Evidence E-1). I dispute the allegations in the quoted post, and from my screenshots I cannot see that he checked them with me first.
- Ms. Rahmadianti ("Zee"). The forum is a Discord community of about 500 members called "Pekerja Kesepian", with a bot for anonymous "confessions". Two anonymous confession posts demeaned me. One described "low individuals with no brains" who "can't survive without a caregiver", linking my blog, and another suggested that someone lying had better not overexplain. I cannot attribute them to her, and I included them only as context. What I attribute to her is this: her account is among five that gave a laughing reaction to one confession post, and on 20 March 2026 at 16:08 she answered a member's message joking that angels are tired of writing things down and should note other people's deeds instead, "afraid the angel will get stressed too", with "WKWKWKWK NGKAK" ("hahaha, cracking up"). I read that message as a joke about my habit of documenting other people's conduct and suggesting that I am mentally strained, but the message she reacted to in the list is not visible in my screenshot (Evidence E-2 and E-3).
- Linking the accounts. I linked the Discord name "Zee" to Ms. Rahmadianti through my earlier records, and her public professional profile lists PT Bank Mandiri and Universitas Brawijaya. The letter says that if the account is not hers she can say so with proof, and that part of the letter is then not directed at her.

Harm I described
Damage to my name in public, with the spread reaching roughly one million views, real and continuing psychological harm including isolation, and a loss of trust in my social and professional surroundings.
Legal basis I relied on
I wrote the letter myself, without a lawyer. For Mr. Prakoso it cites Art. 433 with Art. 441(1) of the new Criminal Code as the main basis and Art. 434 (slander) as an alternative, because I could not yet show that he knew the allegation was untrue. For Ms. Rahmadianti it cites Art. 436 (minor insult) with Art. 441(1) and Art. 20(c), and says her elements are not fully shown. It also cites Civil Code Arts. 1365, 1372 and 1373. It does not rely on Art. 1367(3) against the bank, because the conduct was on personal accounts outside any assignment.
Notice to the employer
The letter was also addressed to PT Bank Mandiri as the workplace of both people. I described that part as a notification and a request for a review under its code of conduct, not as a claim against the bank.
Limits of this record
- This is my account and my legal reading; no authority has made a finding.
- The anonymous confession posts are not attributed to anyone named here.
- The case against Ms. Rahmadianti rests on a laughing reaction and one reply, and the message she reacted to is not visible. The letter itself says the criminal elements against her are not fully proven.
- Whether quoting another account's allegation with the word "summary" is a fresh allegation, and whether he knew it was untrue, are for the authorities and a court.
- The 2023 events predate the new Criminal Code, so transition rules matter.
- I am not a lawyer, and this post is not legal advice.
Right of reply and correction
Mr. Raditya Bagoes Prakoso and Ms. Zahra Aulia Rahmadianti are invited to respond, correct, or add context, including to state that an account is not theirs. A substantive reply may be published alongside this article, edited only for privacy, safety and relevance. If reliable evidence shows any statement here is wrong, I will correct it and note the change.
