This post summarises Somasi No. 080/SOMASI/RW/X/2026, a formal legal notice I sent on 7 October 2026 to Luca Cada Lora, whom I identify as the holder of the X account @lucaxyzz and the member shown as "Luca" in a professional WhatsApp group of about 100 people. It is part of the Korika Part 2 series. It is a legal notice, not a police report, court filing or finding. He has not responded here, and I do not assert that he is guilty of any offence.

What the letter is about

The notice concerns three statements in the group, all captured on 7 October 2026.

  1. Act 1: showing my private message as "the modus". He posted a screenshot of a LinkedIn message I had sent him, which asks him to do the legal side of a collaboration properly and says I would otherwise send a somasi. He captioned it: "This is the modus, many others have been served somasi using Claude, someone even made an archive." (Evidence A-1.)
  2. Act 2: saying he had to give up his job title because of me. In my translation: "I even had to take off my job title because of that person," and "yet only 5 days ago I celebrated/publicly announced the new job." (Evidence A-2.)
  3. Act 3: describing a pattern. In my translation: "The matter of my interaction with him, because I refused to buy a domain, spread everywhere. A friend who blocked him without any interaction still had their employer tagged." (Evidence A-2.)

My position

The letter states that I never threatened him. The only message of mine that he showed asks for a lawful arrangement and says I would send a somasi otherwise. A somasi is a lawful written warning, and saying I would send one contains no threat of violence, no threat to expose anything and no demand for money or goods. He showed it as a cutout, so I asked for the full conversation. I also asked him to name dates and evidence for the "employer tagged" and "refused to buy a domain" statements.

How I identified the account

I have no access to WhatsApp or account registration data. I matched the name "Luca" in the group to an infographic he posted on the X account @lucaxyzz, which lists the founder role at jatevo.ai and two other positions. The letter invites him to deny in writing that the messages are his. That identification is mine and is untested.

Harm I described

Damage to my reputation among about 100 professionals, psychological pressure, lost trust and opportunities, and legal handling costs. I am a person with a mental disability under Art. 4(1)(c) of Law No. 8 of 2016, which is documented by medical personnel.

What I asked for

  • Delete the messages for everyone while keeping archives and logs.
  • Post a clarification and apology in the same group, pinned for at least 30 days.
  • Stop spreading my private conversation and calling me a threat or the source of a "modus".
  • Pay compensation for the harm.
  • Provide written evidence for his statements, or a written denial, and hand over the full LinkedIn conversation.

The deadline is Saturday, 10 October 2026, 09:00 WIB.

Legal basis I relied on

I wrote the letter myself, without a lawyer. It cites the new Criminal Code (Law No. 1 of 2023): Art. 433(2), Art. 434, Art. 436, Art. 438 and Art. 441(1). It also cites Law No. 8 of 2016 on Persons with Disabilities and Civil Code Arts. 1365, 1366, 1372 and 1373. It does not rely on Art. 27A of the ITE Law, which the letter treats as no longer a basis for punishment.
