This post summarises Somasi No. 084/SOMASI/RW/X/2026, a formal legal notice I sent on 7 October 2026 to Hima Mustika D., the holder of the verified Threads account @aesthetica_journey. It is part of the Korika Part 2 series. It is a legal notice, not a police report, court filing or finding. She has not responded here, and I do not assert that she is guilty of any offence.

What the letter is about

The notice concerns three statements on Threads, shown in the screenshots below. In my translation:

  1. "Waiting, bro, I'm just about to report, haha, serves that anomaly right." This was a reply to a post that is no longer visible (18,600 views). I read "anomaly" as aimed at me; because the parent post is not visible, the letter says this is to be confirmed.
  2. To the account machi_achmad: "Okay, bro... yes, he keeps editing, I blocked him yesterday, haunting."
  3. After I replied "you started it first", she wrote that she had said she hoped he would get what was coming, and that he would not if he had not done it, then called me a name and said she did not want to talk to a person like me.

The letter also quotes a fourth message, "Someone made a video using my profile picture, be careful, I'll report you under the ITE Law." It says plainly that this is a warning of legal action and is not alleged as a violation.

Context

According to the screenshots, her profile photo appeared in the video I made, and I understand that this made her angry. The letter explains that the video responded to a Threads thread about me with about 437,000 views, as a defence and to have the thread taken down. It accepts others may read it differently, leaves its legal assessment to the authorities, and does not discuss it further. I have no personal, contractual or professional relationship with her, and the letter says she knew I am a person with a mental disability under Art. 4(1)(c) of Law No. 8 of 2016, which she may deny in writing.

What I asked for

  • Delete the "anomaly" and "haunting" statements, while keeping archives and logs.
  • Publish a short clarification withdrawing the label and the "haunting" claim so far as it is untrue.
  • Stop belittling descriptions of my condition.
  • Pay compensation, which I do not pursue if she meets the first three demands in time.
  • Provide evidence or a written denial for the "haunting" claim.

The letter does not ask her to withdraw or hold back any report she files with the authorities. The deadline is Saturday, 10 October 2026, 09:00 WIB. The main aim is removal, clarification and an end to it.

Legal basis I relied on

I wrote the letter myself, without a lawyer. It relies on Art. 436 of the new Criminal Code (minor insult) with Art. 441(1), Law No. 8 of 2016, and Civil Code Arts. 1365, 1372 and 1373.
