This post summarises Somasi No. 085/SOMASI/RW/X/2026, a formal legal notice I sent on 7 October 2026 to Rizka Apridhita, S.Psi, the holder of a verified Threads account whose handle is cut off in my screenshot (@rizkaprid…). It is part of the Korika Part 2 series. It is a legal notice, not a police report, court filing or finding. She has not responded here, and I do not assert that she is guilty of any offence.

What the letter is about

The notice concerns a single comment under my own Threads post (473 likes and 115 replies at the time), written 16 minutes before my screenshot. In my translation: "Even a glance is enough to see he's a freak & nerd. But I'm surprised reading the comments, so many parents recommend matching him with their children."

Evidence B-1: the comment under my post

I read two things in it. "Freak" and "nerd" belittle my appearance and personality. And because her display name carries the title S.Psi, which indicates a psychology degree, I read "freak" as possibly labelling a person's mental condition. I do not know whether she practises.

My position

I have no personal, contractual or professional relationship with her. The letter says she knew I am a person with a mental disability under Art. 4(1)(c) of Law No. 8 of 2016, and asks her to say in writing whether she knew before writing the comment. The letter also explains that I made a video responding to a Threads thread about me with about 437,000 views, as a defence and to get it taken down. It accepts others may read it differently, leaves its legal assessment to the authorities, and does not ask her to withhold any truthful report to the authorities.

What I asked for

  • Delete the comment, while keeping an archive.
  • Publish a short clarification withdrawing "freak & nerd".
  • Stop belittling descriptions of me.
  • Pay compensation, which I do not pursue if she meets the first three demands in time.
  • State in writing whether she knew of my disability before commenting.

The deadline is Saturday, 10 October 2026, 09:00 WIB. The main aim is removal, clarification and an end to it.

Legal basis I relied on

I wrote the letter myself, without a lawyer. It relies on Art. 436 of the new Criminal Code (minor insult) with Art. 441(1), Law No. 8 of 2016, and Civil Code Arts. 1365, 1372 and 1373.

Limits of this record
