This post summarises the Second and Final Somasi I sent on 18 July 2026 to KORIKA (an Indonesian artificial intelligence collaboration body) and its leadership. The letter was issued in Indonesian. It is a legal notice, not a police report, court filing or finding. I do not assert that KORIKA or any person named in it is guilty of any offence, and I have not received a response that I can publish here.

What the letter is about

The letter was addressed to the head of KORIKA, Mr. Hammam Riza, and to its administrators and board. It concerns my removal from KORIKA's public Discord server and what I described as bullying and inaction.

  1. The removal. I say administrators removed me from the community because of my personal views. I also say I had told an administrator about a personal circumstance that affects how I post.
  2. Alleged bullying by administrators and members. I describe being belittled because of those views. The letter treats this as conduct by individuals as well as a question about the organisation.
  3. Alleged inaction by leadership. I say the leadership let this happen despite what I describe as a code of ethics. The letter is titled as a second and final notice.
  4. A request for a public position. The letter also asked KORIKA to state publicly how it had handled fraud allegations that other people had made about two individuals. I did not make those allegations in this letter and I do not repeat them here.

Legal basis

The short letter does not set out detailed statutory elements. It frames the matter as breach of a code of ethics, bullying and unlawful acts, and says I would pursue criminal and civil channels if KORIKA did not engage. Limits of this record

  • This is my account; I have not heard KORIKA's or the administrators' side, and no authority has made a finding.
  • The letter gives no reference number, cites no statutory provisions, and annexes no evidence, so there are no evidence images in this post.
  • Whether removal from a public Discord server for one's views amounts to an unlawful act is an open question that I have not tested.
  • The letter refers to allegations about two other people without proving them, which is why I do not repeat them.
  • I am not a lawyer, and this post is not legal advice.
